Seafresh is the largest producer of tropical reef inhabitating sea cucumber in Australia, ensuring clients a year round supply of quality products.

Recognising that the critical foundation of high quality finished products lies in the handling of the raw materials during post harvest handling and the first stage of land based processing, Seafresh utilise their own vessels and employ well trained experienced divers to enhance quality control.

Upon landing ashore, the sea cucumber is transported to our Cairns based processing facility where our highly trained staff implement our purpose designed processing techniques. By using a HACCP based food processing accreditation system, high quality finished products are assured.

By transporting all dried sea cucumber by air, Seafresh can guarantee it's clients that their products will arrive in the same condition that they left Australia.
